Arctic National Wildlife Refuge 1002 Area

This dataset is a depiction of surficial geology for the 1002 Area of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska. These data were compiled and mapped by U.S. Geological Survey, Geological Mapping Division at a source scale of 1:250000 and represent 35 geological units. This map is based on the USGS Open File report 86-334, Engineering-Geologic Maps of Northern Alaska, Coastal Plain and Foothills of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for the 1002 Study Area.
